Physical Measurement Standards (PMT)

Candidates appearing for the final medical parameters must fulfill the following structural measurements:

1. For Male Candidates:

• Height: General / OBC / SC: 168 cms | ST Category: 160 cms
• Chest: General / OBC / SC: 84 cms | ST Category: 82 cms (Minimum 5 cms expansion mandatory for all).

2. For Female Candidates:

• Height: General / OBC / SC: 152 cms | ST Category: 147 cms
• Weight Criteria: Must strictly be between 45 KG to 58 KG.

Medical Examination Rules & Parameters

The evaluation will be conducted by a specialized District Medical Board formed by the Chief Medical Officer (CMO):

• Daily Slots: A maximum of 50 candidates will be examined per day.
• Tests Included: Detailed screening of Eye Sight (Color Blindness/Squint), Flat Foot check, Knock Knee analysis, Hearing capability, and required laboratory/X-ray tests.
• Nature: The test is purely Qualifying in nature. No extra merit marks are rewarded.

• Step 2: Look under the “Live Advertisements” tab or check the “Candidate Help” dashboard menu.
• Step 3: Click on the link titled “Click here to download your PMT/Medical Exam Admit Card for Advt. No. 10-Exam/2023, Forest Guard”.
• Step 4: You will be prompted to enter your Candidate Registration Number, Date of Birth (DD/MM/YYYY), and select your Gender.
• Step 5: Enter the verification captcha code displayed on the screen box.
• Step 6: Click on the green “Download Admit Card” button.
• Step 7: Your official call letter highlighting your specific Medical Center address, reporting shift, and date will open. Print 2 clear copies.
